Welcome to stay with us by the river Ii, 35 km from Oulu

B&B Villa Kauppila is a fully renovated small boutique hotel by the river Ii. The mansion was built as early as in 1895. We have fully renovated the building in 2017 and have been welcoming quests since 2018. 

Today, we welcome you to this wooden Villa to enjoy some peace, quiet and beautiful scenery among the old log walls. We are located in Ii, only 35 kilometres from Oulu. 

We offer beautifully furnished and well-equipped guest rooms with high-quality, extremely comfortable beds. We want to ensure that all our guests enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.  We are committed to make your stay unforgettable!

Villa Kauppila is owned by two young women who decided to carry out their dreams. We have designed the concept and the main building from the very beginning, and we hope you can feel it. 

Villa Kauppila opened its doors to visitors 5 years ago. Before that the mansion was fully renovated with the customers satisfaction in mind. The mansion was originally built in 1895 and it is known as the mansion of Kauppila. In its history it has belonged to a meaningful finnish politician Pekka Ahmavaara. The building is protected because of its history and old age.
